Frequently Asked Questions

We specialize in custom plastic machining and fabrication. Our comprehensive capabilities include precision 3-axis and 5-axis CNC milling, up to 7 axis turning, and large format routing, manual machining, advanced plastic welding (including CNC butt fusion welding and extrusion gun welding), strip heat bending, stress-relieving annealing, and reverse engineering.

We build a wide array of precision industrial components tailored to our clients' needs. Our core fabrications include chemical, plating, and storage tanks; marine tanks for yachts, commercial ships, and cargo vessels; ventilation ductwork, exhaust systems, and fume hoods; custom filtration systems; and specialty solutions like lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery boxes or DEF tanks for the automotive industry.

No, you don't. Because we utilize high-tech CNC dual-head routers and advanced machining processes rather than injection molding, we can create your custom plastic components without the need for expensive, time-consuming tooling or molds.

We maintain a massive inventory of plastics in stock and work with all the largest distributors across the country for anything that is not in our inventory. We can produce parts from almost any type of plastic or polymer. Common materials we work with daily include Acetal, Acrylic, CPVC, Ertalyte®, Kynar, Noryl, Nylon, PEEK®, Polycarbonate, Polyethylene, Polypropylene, PVC, Rulon®, PTFE (Teflon), Tefzel®, Torlon®, UHMW, Ultem®, and Vespel®.

To ensure the highest standards of purity, durability, and reliable performance, all of our products are manufactured using 100% American-made materials.

We take quality very seriously. To ensure superior build strength and safety, our plastic fabrication processes follow strict German DVS PersZert® welding standards, and we have earned NSF approval for applicable products.

Absolutely. We provide comprehensive computer-aided design assistance (CAD/CAM) and can generate custom CAD drawings for you. We can manufacture components based on your physical samples, blueprints, or sketches.

Annealing is a specialized heat-treatment process. We anneal many of our post-machined products to relieve the internal stresses that naturally occur during the machining process. This crucial step maximizes the overall material strength, structural integrity, and long-term lifespan of your parts.

Yes. We conduct thorough post-machining inspections within our temperature-controlled manufacturing areas. To guarantee we have met your tight tolerances, we can provide 100% inspection reports upon request.

Yes, we do. We machine industrial-quality couplings, fittings, and all-plastic hinges designed for highly corrosive environments. We also manufacture custom PTFE (Teflon) welding shoes compatible with any brand of extrusion gun, as well as molded plastic C-channels used to encapsulate steel reinforcement bands on storage tanks.
